In 2019, Bob Earl made Lake Livingston his home, and by 2021, he had already launched The Lake Life Concierge. That same year, he crossed paths with Larry Pfeil, a savvy entrepreneur who had hired Bob’s team for several projects. Their collaboration sparked an exciting partnership.
In 2023, Bob met Tracy Lattimer, a retired Exxon exec who had owned a lake house on Lake Livingston for over 30 years. Together, they shared a bold vision to transform the area, launching a watercraft rental company and planning to open the first craft brewery by summer 2025.
Along with a nonprofit in the works, the trio is on a mission to turn Lake Livingston into a must-see destination, blending innovation with the region’s natural charm to put it on the map.
